It is preferable for payment to be made in advance via bank payment. If not possible, please use contactless card payment (Visa/Mastercard). New plastic style Stirling notes will be accepted as a last resort. Cheques are no longer accepted.

Refund policy — Clients will receive a full refund in the event that the Therapist is unable to provide the service due to ill health, mitigating circumstances, or severe weather conditions.
Delivery policy — Delivery will be deemed complete on conclusion of the Treatment.
Cancellation/No Show policy — When you schedule an appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, please, if you must cancel your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required in order not to be charged a cancellation fee for the appointment. If you are unexpectedly unable to make the appointment for any reason, please do let the Therapist know as soon as possible, before, during, or after the scheduled time.
Late Policy — If you are late for your appointment the Therapist cannot guarantee that you will receive your full appointment time due to other scheduled appointments. However you will still be charged for the time that was held for your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late it may be necessary to reschedule and you may be charged a 25% re-booking fee.
